Soccer venue changes & matches not played as listed

CHANGE OF VENUE

If a match venue in soccer is changed (other than to the away team's ground) then bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed (e.g. match is played at the original away team's ground) then bets placed based on the original listing will be void.

We will endeavour to identify on our website all matches played at a neutral venue. For matches played at a neutral venue (whether indicated on our site or not), bets will stand regardless of which team is listed as the home team.

SOCCER MATCHES NOT PLAYED AS LISTED

If an official fixture lists different team/match details to those listed on our website, bets will be void. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Discrepancies in Age Group ("Under 21" vs "Under 23")
  • Gender ("Women's" vs "Men's").

In all other cases bets stand, including instances where we list a team name without specifying the term 'XI' in the name.

If a match is played in a non-standard format (for example, three 30-minute periods), all markets related to the first and second halves will be void.

In these cases, Result, Total, and Handicap bets on the full game will be valid, as long as the total duration of the game is still 90 minutes. Proposition bets will be void in these instances.

However, if a match is played in a format that does not total 90 minutes (for example, two 25-minute halves), all bets will be void, including full-game and half-time bets.
