Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency

We will reimburse the fees you were charged by the Bitcoin wallet as long as you are depositing $100 or more. Fees will be reimbursed up to a maximum of 15% of the total amount deposited.

Fees must be claimed within 24 hours from when you deposited with us. After 24 hours we cannot consider any reimbursements. Once we receive the details, we'll credit the fees to your account as soon as possible; it may take up to 24 hours.

Person-to-Person transfer (P2P)

With P2P, there are two types of fees: those charged directly by the agency, and those charged by us.

Deposits of $300 or more: You pay none of these, as we'll reimburse the agency fees for you 100% and waive the fees on our side.

Deposits of $299 or less: You’ll be responsible for the fees. In addition to whatever the agency charges (based on the amount sent), we will charge you $7 for deposits made online and $14 for deposits reported over Live Chat.
