Winter Olympics Rules

  • Unless otherwise stated, wagers on future bets made on individual athletes as well as team competitions are treated as "All-In" and bets have action regardless of any participants' failure to compete due to injury, disqualification, or any other reason.
  • All betting payouts are based on podium positions during the official medal ceremony after the event (dead-heat rules apply).  Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals will not affect bets.
  • For head to head and group betting options, all competitors must start for action.
  • In the event of a player/team is disqualified after the event/match has started, the player/team progressing to the next round (or being awarded the victory) will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.
  • Bets on total country medals in a competition are based on the official medals table result once all medal ceremonies have taken place. For medal totals on individual athletes, results include their team event results.
  • Winners’ nationalities are determined by the country the winner competes for (not the country where they were born, if these are not the same).
  • In the event of a tie where two or more competitors are included in one betting option, the dead heat rule applies. This can occur with future bets, such as bets on players to finish in a certain position in a tournament, commonly seen in golf.
  • In the event of a change of venue, all wagers will still have action.
  • For non-medal markets, head-to-head, group betting, heats, times or scores, settlement is based on the official classification or official results published by the governing body.
