1. GENERAL

1.1 All materials contained or distributed by this website are either owned by or licensed to JustBet. JustBet and licensors retain all rights to the Materials, including, but not limited to all odds, lines, content, images, copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights, however denominated.

1.2 Except for downloading one copy of the Materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use, you must not reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish the Materials without first obtaining the written permission of JustBet.

1.3 Materials must not be used in any unauthorized manner.

1.4 When signing up for an account at JustBet, upon hitting "Join Now" you confirm you are of legal age and agree to all Terms and Conditions, as well as the Data protection policy.

1.5 By accepting the Terms and Conditions upon sign-up, all users agree to receive promotional and marketing materials via email and text message.

2. MULTIPLE ACCOUNT POLICY

2.1 At JustBet, there is a strict policy of one account per customer. You shall not be permitted to have more than one active account.

2.2 Anyone found to be in possession of multiple accounts is subject to having one (or all) of their accounts closed immediately and without warning. Any and all decisions and outcomes regarding multiple accounts are solely at JustBet management’s discretion.

2.3 In such cases where a person has multiple accounts and is permitted to keep one of them, the account which is left open will be the oldest account based on the date of sign-up (unless otherwise determined by JustBet management).

3. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1 As part of offering its services, JustBet stores data on all customers including your personal information, financial details and wagering history. Information stored by JustBet is held completely confidential and will never under any circumstance be shared with outside parties.

3.2 Upon opening an account with JustBet, you must provide personal details such as your real name, email address and phone number.

3.3 Details such as your mailing address may also be requested for the purpose of completing deposits, withdrawals, or other account activity.

3.4 In some cases, additional documentation including (but not limited to) a copy of your photo ID, copies of your bank statements, or copies of utility bills may be requested.

3.5 By entering into this agreement with JustBet, you must provide full and truthful information with respect to all details and documentation, and you are obligated to update such details if any of your personal information should change.

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY

4.1 You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your personal Password and PIN Code.

4.2 JustBet cannot be held responsible if you misplace, lose, or divulge these details to a third party and as a result, this leads to unauthorized account access.

5. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

5.1 To participate in our real money services, you must fund your account using a valid deposit method registered in your name.

5.2 If you use a payment method that not registered to you, or is fraudulent in any way, you may be asked to provide documentation, and funds originating from deposits using said method may be treated as invalid and all winnings may be void.

5.3 By entering into this agreement, you agree you will not make any chargebacks, reversals or otherwise cancel any deposits into your account.

5.4 JustBet is not responsible for any added bank fees applied to your deposits.

5.5 JustBet is not responsible for any possible delays or transactions which are not approved by third party financial entities (e.g., your bank, your credit card company, etc.)

5.6 All deposits (with no bonus) are subject to a one-time rollover before a withdrawal can be requested. Deposits with a bonus are subject to higher rollovers depending on the specific offer.

5.7 If your credit card shows any charge which was ultimately not credited to your JustBet account, we will honor the deposit as long as a valid case is presented.

6. SPORTS WAGERING RULES

6.1 All wagering rules are explained in detail in the House Rules section.

6.2 These rules are subject to change at any time and in such instances of a change, the ultimate authority on the rules will be JustBet management, even if said rule(s) differs from what is currently displayed on the website.

7. WAGERING CLAIMS / DISPUTES

7.1 For wagers placed over the phone, you are required to confirm your bets at the end of every call by repeating back your account number and PIN Code. For wagers placed online, bets are confirmed the moment you hit the “Place Bet” button within the Bet Slip. As soon as your bets are confirmed, they are considered official and cannot be changed.

7.2 It is your responsibility to ensure all wagers on the Bet Slip are correct before confirming.

7.3 If for some reason, the phone call is dropped before the process is completed, the wager’s validity will be decided at management’s discretion.

7.4 If you disagree with any aspect of a wager you have placed, you have a total of 15 (fifteen) calendar days to formally lodge a dispute with the JustBet customer service team. Such disputes must be made over the telephone or Live Chat (not email).

7.5 For wagers placed online, the system logs will be used to conduct reviews. For wagers placed over the phone, the audio recording will be used to conduct reviews.

7.6 If after review, there remains any doubt regarding the wager type, line, market, amount, or any other aspect, the claim will be escalated to the JustBet management team. All decisions made by JustBet management will be final.

8. RACEBOOK WAGERING RULES

8.1 All racebook rules are explained in detail in the House Rules section. This page is updated on a regular basis and covers all rules regarding wager types, payouts, available tracks, scratches and more.

8.2 JustBet does not use house odds. All odds are based on the official track odds.

8.3 JustBet management reserves the right to restrict the amount of any bet, or restrict in its entirety any bet, on any track, at any time, if it so desires.

9. CASINO

9.1 The online casino games at JustBet are run using a random number generator which cannot be manipulated.

9.2 The games offered in the JustBet casino are run by a third party casino software that JustBet neither owns nor operates directly.

9.3 JustBet takes every effort to ensure malfunctions do not occur in any game, however in the event of technical errors during the operation of the software, JustBet does NOT accept liability for the resulting outcomes. This includes obvious incorrect game payouts. In such instances, you agree to forfeit any winnings/losses that result from errors or technical faults.

10. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

10.1 All promotional offers are temporary and can be removed at any time and without advanced warning.

10.2 Rollover rules must be met in full as stipulated on each individual promotion before any withdrawal can be made.

10.3 JustBet reserves the right to exclude any customer from any specific promotion, or entirely from all promotional offers, including the BetPoints™ Rewards Program, at any time and without warning for any reason, including abuse or violation of the terms and conditions of the promotion(s) or program.

10.4 Whenever it is determined that bonuses have been claimed, whether by an individual or group, and wagers are then placed with the aim to gain an unfair advantage through syndicate line manipulation, betting both sides, or any other non-approved form of wagering, JustBet reserves the right to void all wagers, nullify bonus credits and refund the original deposit amount.

11. FRAUD / SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY

11.1 JustBet reserves the right to restrict access, or close an account temporarily, indefinitely or permanently if there is sufficient evidence to support that the user has engaged in any of the following:

Multiple account abuse
Promotional abuse
Fraudulent payments
Misrepresentation of identity / Identity theft
Money laundering
Suspicious betting patterns

11.2 The use of automations (bots, scripts, etc.) to scrape and/or place wagers is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of funds.

11.3 All decisions made by JustBet are final. JustBet is not obligated to share any information related to the investigations into such matters.

12. LEGALITY

12.1 JustBet encourages you to be aware of your local laws in relation to online gaming.

12.2 We are unable to provide any legal advice in regards to local law, including tax law.

12.3 It is your responsibility to abide by laws in your local jurisdiction and pay all taxes accordingly. JustBet does not report account information or transactions to any governmental agencies or other 3rd parties.

12.4 You must be of legal age to gamble as determined by your local laws.

14. PROXY / VPN USAGE

14.1 The use of Proxy IPs and VPNs is strictly prohibited at all times.

14.2 Any attempt to mask your IP may result in voided bets, and/or refunds on deposits.
