Every bonus, whether a deposit bonus, Free Play, Refer-A-Friend, or any other, is subject to a rollover - an amount of play that must be completed in order to request a withdrawal.

If a bonus is given to you manually by the customer support team, the agent will tell you over chat exactly what the rollover is.
A rollover will be considered complete once you meet the required amount in action, or whenever your total account balances (cash and bonuses) drop to $5 or less (and you have no open wagers, Free Plays, or pending payouts).
You can check your rollover at any time by logging in and selecting your account balance in the top right corner of the page. Here, the amount shown next to Rollover displays the amount you still need to wager.
