To ensure your security, it is not possible to change your email, phone number, address, and real name online. We'll be happy to make any changes for you, but we must first verify your identity.
If you need to change any of your details, please access your online Cashier, go to Account → Verifications → Personal Information and follow these steps:
- Review the list of requirements and hit START
- Select the information you wish to update and hit CONTINUE
- Enter the new information (such as phone number or new address) and hit CONTINUE again
- Attach a picture of your ID (4 MB max size)
- Hit SEND
Please allow up to 48 hours for the information to be reviewed and updated.
