Your account will be deemed 'Dormant' if you have not made a deposit, a withdrawal, or placed a wager for a period of 12 months or more.
Clients who are inactive for a period of 6 months or more will be emailed regularly to the email address registered to their account with updates on their account status and balance.
If the account remains inactive for a period of 12 months or more the account will be subject to a 'zeroing out' meaning that the balance will be set to $0.
However, if a zeroed out player wishes to come back and reactivate their account, they simply need to contact customer support and their balance can be reinstated.
