Buying & selling points

On football and basketball, certain games let you buy or sell points, allowing you to raise or lower the point spread for increased or decreased odds.

When this option is available, you’ll see it directly inside the Bet Slip. The maximum number of points you can buy/sell is two in either direction.

Example: If the original line has the favorite minus 1 point, you could move the line down to minus 2, (with a lower risk amount) or, you could move the line up to plus 2 (with a higher risk amount).

Points cannot be bought or sold on baseball, hockey, soccer, tennis, or any other sport.

But keep in mind in the case of baseball, hockey and soccer, many games offer alternative Run Lines, Puck Lines and Handicaps (respectively) as proposition bets.
