When requesting a withdrawal through Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, we’ll send a unique code to your mobile phone. This is known as two-factor authentication (2FA) and is for your own security to ensure nobody else can retrieve your funds.
These codes arrive on your mobile in just a matter of seconds after you request them.
There are two common issues that you need to be aware of.
CODE NEVER ARRIVED
If you didn't receive the confirmation code, it could be because your mobile phone on file is not the same as the number you are using now. In this case, you’ll need to contact our team on Live Chat for assistance.
Something else to keep in mind is that for security reasons the codes expire after 3 minutes. If it has been over 3 minutes, the code will no longer be accepted in the Cashier. In those cases, please request a new code through the Cashier and use it as soon as possible.
