Bitcoin / Crypto withdrawal instructions

Bitcoin withdrawals can be requested daily, Monday to Friday, between 05:00 am and 5:00 pm Pacific Time, and Saturday and Sunday, between 08:00 am and 5:00 pm Pacific Time. You can request seven withdrawals each week (one per day).

Withdrawing with Bitcoin is quick and easy. Here’s how:

1. Open the Cashier and select Withdraw.
2. Select Bitcoin or Crypto Currencies and enter the dollar amount.
3. Copy the Bitcoin address from your personal Bitcoin wallet and paste where it says Enter your Withdrawal Address and then hit Verify withdrawal.
4. Request the security code (steps on setting up Two-Factor Authentication 2FA for the first time can be found below)
5. Confirm that the amount of your withdrawal and your Bitcoin address are correct, and then submit the request for approval.

How to Set Up 2FA

When making your crypto withdrawal, you’ll be prompted to set up an Authenticator if you have not done so already.

You can use popular Authenticator apps such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Apple, Proton, or Authy, available through the App Store or Google Play.

Once you’ve downloaded your preferred Authenticator app, simply follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the Cashier to link it to your account.

For security, our Withdrawal department runs standard reviews on all requests. These reviews take about 24 hours (up to 3 business days in rare cases). Once the review is complete, you'll receive your funds the same day.

Your Bitcoin wallet will receive the funds as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the Bitcoin network.
